Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms didn't seem thoroughly clean before our arrival, but they were incredibly spacious and comfortable, typical of Embassy Suites. The lack of updated TVs and matching remotes, along with subpar WiFi, were a letdown. The service was friendly, but there weren't many offerings beyond a room change, and navigating the elevators was a hassle. The location was ideal for exploring attractions like the Barber racing museum and catching an Alabama game, though the slow table clearing service was noticeable. The dining area was generous in size, but the food variety was lacking, resembling a standard Embassy Suites buffet. On the positive side, the big atrium was impressive, and the staff made their best efforts to provide assistance despite limited services.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, they smelled a little musty and could use some updating. Despite this, it was a good value overall. The service was lacking, with some staff members being dismissive, but the dry cleaning and laundry service were convenient. The location was great for getting to the airport quickly, but cleanliness seemed to be an issue. The dining experience was hit or miss, with limited options but decent quality. The facilities were adequate but in need of some maintenance.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms needed updating, but the location was convenient. The service was not very nice or friendly, but the Ruth Chris steakhouse onsite was a bonus.
